Fullstack Developer @ XAPHOS

XAPHOS is an innovative deep-tech startup in the heart of Saarland, specializing in AI-driven Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) management software. Our mission is to help companies transform their SaaS environment through advanced AI technologies.

Tasks

• Technical strategy and vision :
  Developing and implementing a technical roadmap that
  aligns with business objectives and adapts to market changes and
  customer needs.
• System architecture and scalability : Design and continuous optimization of the system architecture; carrying out load tests and identifying bottlenecks.
• Technical Excellence and Development Practices :
  Establishing and maintaining high-quality development processes, regular training and continuous improvement of development practices.
• Code quality, security and DevOps :
  Establishment of guidelines for code quality, security strategies and DevOps practices; regular review and adaptation to current standards and threats.
• Customer feedback and market research : Integrating customer feedback into product development and analyzing market trends to improve the platform.
• Collaboration with external partners : Management of partnerships and integrations with external technology providers and service providers.

qualification

• (Soon) completed studies in computer science , engineering or a related field, preferably Master's degree or higher.
• Professional experience in the IT industry.
• Extensive knowledge of backend technologies (JS/TS, NodeJS, ExpressJS, NestJS) and experience with API development & design (REST, GraphQL).
• Experience in frontend development (React, NextJS, EJS) and design tools (Figma, Sketch).
• Proficient in database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and web security (CORS, CSRF, XSS).
• Practical experience with DevOps and CloudOps (Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes) as well as cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of modern authentication methods (OAuth, JWT) and identity management (SAML, OIDC).
• Understanding of AI/ML technologies (Tensorflow, PyTorch) and scripting languages ​​(Bash, Python).
• Experience in leading technical teams and agile development processes .
• Fluent German and English skills .
